The process of change of State started on 1 February 2026 and will conclude on 30 September 2026.

Athletes who wish to change the State they are representing are advised to complete the required process of obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective State Rifle Association/State Association.
The last date for completing the State Change process is 30 September 2026.
Athletes are requested to ensure that their NOC and all other required formalities are completed and submitted within the stipulated deadline.
No request for change of State will be entertained after 30 September 2026.
