In view of large number of requests for inter change of details, it has been decided to allow shooters to inter change the details as under

1. Shooters of the same state can mutually inter change the details
2. Both the shooters must report to RTS with their competitor cards for change of details without which no detail will be changed.
3. The request will be accepted minimum of one day before the match.
4. No request will be considered for change for details taking place same day.
5. Once the details are inter changed, no further request will be accepted to modify the same.
6. RTS office will accept requests between 9.30 am to 4 pm
7. No correspondence/email will be replied.
