ISSF Athlete Declaration

The ISSF has asked all existing registered shooters, who are in possession of ISSF ID Number, to sign the new declaration as per attachment.
 
Shooters, who are already registered with ISSF, are requested to fill the attached form and send the form in original (no email please) duly signed by themselves along with signature of legal representative (in case of shooter below the age of 16 years).
 
This form must be sent immediately to NRAI for onward submission to ISSF, failing which your ISSF ID number would be cancelled.
